PATTERN INFORMATION
Aster is a simple, oversized sweater with a funnel neck, drop shoulders and long sleeves with a fold-up in the loveliest and softest combination of Friends Kid Silk and Hobbii Divina. The sweater is worked in stockinette stitch from the top down with 2 strands of Friends Kid Silk and one strand of Divina held together. The sweater has a special raglan construction with increases on each round along the top of the shoulders. The work is divided when the shoulders have reached the desired width, and then the back and front panels are knitted back and forth until the armhole is finished.
Then the work is gathered again on the circular needles and the rest of the work is worked in the round. Stitches are picked up for sleeves along the armhole. Sleeves and collar are worked with the Magic Loop Technique.
The model is 180 cm / 5’11” tall and wears size M.
